Wristlet for an interview (instead of a briefcase)?
I have a job interview for a professional legal position. I 1) do not have a briefcase 2) do things to fill it to make it profitable. I bring a laptop / Planner I intend to be on my knees, and elsewhere as keys, mints ... a portfolio that I give to the investigator ... Is the breifcase necessary or a bracelet too informal?
A briefcase is not necessary. If you have a leather wallet that you can enjoy a copy of your curriculum vitae, and a pad, pens and business cards (if applicable) should be sufficient. The most important part of any interview is "Be yourself". Toting along a towel, if you do not do it all the time, stands out as being against nature. Sounds like you have what you already have all aligned. Good luck for the interview!
