Where can I find an inexpensive velour hoodie?

I have been looking for a velour hoodie for a long time, I am desperate for one! I usually shop at Delias, Aero, Hollister, AE, etc but I cannot find one anywhere! I am not picky about color, but I am really looking for one in a deep blue-green color! Also, in a slim fit. My friend has a variety of velour hoodies with a "J" as the zipper, but it does not look like Juicy Couture-I could get one of these, except I don't know the company?
