Curry is not really used in Chinese cooking. For a nice not too spicy curry to check for certain supermarkets Indian Malaysian can do it too. You will find a beautiful range of curry powders with Nice flavors, but not too spicy. For spicy you can try Thai curry paste, it comes in green, red and yellow. I presume your nearest Asian supermarket has it all.
