What would happen if you let a plant grow in a plastic bag and germinated once you've done in reverse?

I need to know what would happen if I left a bean seed germination in a plastic bag on a paper towel dampened with water. Once sprouted, it would have a negative or positive gravotropic.

I can not say with certainty, but I expect the effect to be most immediately phototropic observable. If your light source is oriented upside down it would probably be strong enough to overule gravitropism.
