Oh! both are very adorable! I can see why this decision is so difficult. Knowing me, I'd probably get the dark pink as is so flashy. But I like black. I suppose you think that is a handbag you can carry around you see more? It is true that the black would go with most outfits, but maybe you want a more fun, colorful bag? If you want a bag for everyday use, I'd say the first.
