I have a glass negative coal breaker 22 x 14, I have been able to print a contact sheet right?
The enlarger I threw a good amount of light, but its still a round (puddle) of light. The prints are OK, but I wonder how they can be if I had more control. capacity expansion, the emphasis Apatura, or even the intensity light in the negetive. suggestions?
What size do you want? If you're talking inches, 14x22 is a decent size. If you make an impression contact, focusing should not be a problem. No more opening your enlarger, unless your negative is super thick and you use in exposure times very long (paper has characteristics of reciprocity as a movie). During processing of printing, you can try toners for some different looks different, like sepia or selenium.
