What's this?

So I have a 2 little chihuahuas. and one of them is very small. And so I brought him yesterday to go pee. and he has this as Blister / dick / bubble on his back. It is cherry red. does not seem to be preoccupied. Is it a bug bite? Or it's just a tick bite that let go? I do not really know. I gave him a bath. im just curious.

Dogs like humans have conditions skin allergies, your dog can eat a piece and / or because of the heat of the summer developing a rash of some sort .... make sure you keep fleas (and ticks) remotely using a system of prevention of fleas (whether natural or acquired store), summer is well known for the flea / Tick infestations due to drought in the grass .... if your dogs are fair (white) and be careful with short hair how long they are exposed to the sun, dogs can develop skin cancer just like humans, although I doubt this is the case here as your dog does not feel the pain .....
