I inflated to about 700 ballloons and tied them to me and now I'm on board. Umm how do I get without dying?

I a concert with lots of clown balloons and decided to attach approximately 700 of them to me, but I had my foot attached to a block of concrete. My friend Herman clown cut the rope and started to take off. THANK GOD I have my PDA! The air is thinning and his little difficult to breathe. Im worried if I fly too long I'll end on the Atlantic Ocean or even go into space. The tough part is pooper my cat is with me. I have him in a little tote. Will I be here long enough that I can use to eat my cat? Please advise any is appreciated. I need advise quickly because the battery in my PDA is about to run out and I have only 1 spare battery in my pocket.
