How do I fix the discoloration of my Juicy Couture bag?

I bought a wallet black velvet fabric with Juicy Couture a white bow and white stitching on the side of it last year. Since then, the sun is bleached to a funny-looking mottled brown color (with The white stitching is still looking fine). Is there a service I can do myself or a place where I can take this bag to be able to dye it back or return a darker color?

Talk to the representative of Juicy Couture on their website, and they will give you the e-mail to their corporate offices. I sent an email to complain to my bag black and discolored.
