And my purse was black and it turns brown! and after two months! its true I paid 260 dollars for this thing! and I went back and they said my name was in the system they'd give me a subscription Free one wtf this is not my fault the lady did not mute my name in the system! should I go there and demand they give me a new scholarship? I bought it at Nordstroms and please no rude CMTS. do you think if I show them my purse theyl exchange it?

Have you put it on your Nordstrom card? If so, the purchase will appear on their computer (a similar incident happened to me). I would like to speak to the manager and not the seller about it (going to customer service). Explain what happened. Nordea is really good at making their customers happy.
