How can I make my velour bag feel soft again?
My velour Juicy bag went through the airport customs and they didn't have any baskets to put it in so it went through the x-ray machine, got squished under somebody's huge luggage, and came out with black streaks. So then I put Oxi-clean on it and rinsed it with water, and the stains did come out. But now it feels dry and rougher than before, like a towel, and it basically looks like it's really old. Can I save it?
