How do I get out of painting for a swimsuit?

My 9 year old son has attended camp for a swim on the court, and got paint on the party pants. It's looks as if she was sitting on it and was covered anyone know how? Thank you

It depends the type of paint that was used, if it was latex so it can be washed if it was the oil you may need to use or Varsol other paint thinner than you might at home, and wash the prosecution soda
