Why do people wear the wedding ring on their finger first, then the engagement ring?
I noticed that people wear their ring wedder first finger ring, then the engagement ring. I thought it was the other way, because the engagement ring came first? So why is this?
I notice that people in Asia wear their engagement ring first, which symbolizes the commitment is now "locked" by marriage. People in the United States / Europe carry the banner first marriage, the reason being that it should be closer heart. But it is all personal preference. I will cover both the COS same finger, I do not want them scratching against each other.
