Oh wow, hun. The purse is definately fake. I've actually seen so many fake ones it's unbelievable how fast and easy it is to realize what's fake and what's not.
A fake designer handbag has shinier and lighter material. The heart with the signature 'J' on it has a different color and is CLEARLY not leather. All and/or most of Juicy Coutures' bags are leather and the 'J' tag is always the same color of the bag.
The ribbon or bow that goes in and out through the bag at the top is the same color as the bag. The ribbon is supposed to be black. The stitching on the logo is off. Badly.
Now, the inside of the bag is never the same color as the outside. The logo on the inside should also be black. And the logo tag is nowhere to be found on the inside.

To make it simpler, whenever looking for designer clothing or accessories online, make sure it says authentic. That means the seller knows that if he/she sells the item someone wishes to purchase with 'authentic' typed in the headlines/title somewhere, that the item MUST be real.
If the seller sells an item that says "Brand New Authentic Chanel Handbag" and the person who purchased it knows for a fact that it's fake when they receive it, that person may sue the seller for false advertisement.
Juicy Coutures products (or any designer for that matter) has real leather. And no one...I mean NO ONE would sell a real leather purse for under $100.
