Are reliable third-party vendors on Amazon?

I am eager to buy a portfolio of Juicy Couture Juicy because Amazon does more than design I want. I found the portfolio I want on Amazon, but it is sold by a vendor separately, and not directly by Amazon. Here is a link to the portfolio ... It seems very authentic and it's the same price as the Juicy he had to sell at least before they stopped selling it. The seller says it is authentic, but I can trust that? It is very important to me that this portfolio is not a fake, does anyone know if Amazon are trustworthy?
