Ideas for party bags (girls 13 years)?

Hello im having my 13 bday party. We go to a restaurant and then see 27 dresses. What type of bag Gift shud I give? wherever I see as kiddish bags. ideas? also, here is wat im setting my bags: 1. lot of lip gloss 2. a king of charm or small jewelry clear 3. blowpops 3. many kisses Hershey 4. Economic bracelets clear how this shud I put each person? Is it enough? What else shud I add? im calling it like 16 peeps shud be pretty cheap. help!

A handful of kisses and two Blow Pops. Then, a few lip glosses (three), a jewel and a bracelet. Ok, at some stores part, craft stores, and I know for sure: Party City: They have boxes of Chinese food to loot bags, but they are about two dollars a piece ... if on reflection, here's another idea: When you go to Claires tell them that a gift can you please have gift boxes, totally free, and in two sizes, is small that they are always ... and should be large enough and then just write their names on the fronts:) Have a happy birthday and enjoy the film looks good!
