Juicy Couture ring bling bag?

I have a Juicy Couture ring bling bag dreamer. behind the ring, there is an embroidered flower. it resembles this bag, but it is not exactly the same: http://i3.iofferphoto.com/img/item/601/831/76/o_1MhRwf9ynXtCMrt.jpg anyways, the ring rubs embroidered on the bag and pulls the strings. all the strings are connected, so they are not completely disconnected, but they are torn of the bag if this makes sense. it creates a loop of string that are big enough. is there anyway to solve this problem? If not, do you think I should be able return a bag? I have never tried returning anything to the juicy couture before because all their products were great. but it seems have a design flaw that has really not my fault. thank you:)
