From a garden container, need help?

I promised my nephew that we were planting flowers to attract butterflies, but the only place we have room for it on concrete. I have a 22W x 13L container that I decided to fill with the following: Scarlet Bee Balm Blue Scabiosa Butterfly Blue Fringe Daisy Tenor Tall Hybrid Phlox Purple Coneflowers Super Aster Daisies, Black-Eyed Susan Then all these plants fit in this container, if not what size I need? and what is the best time to plant? I will not get them until the end of September, most if not all will be sent to bareroot.

All these plants adjustment used in such a container. Plants need room to grow. I would put the bee balm, phlox, scabiosa and in itself. Maybe you can get another vessel to bring the rest. You can plant them when you get in September. Of course, you will not see not the central flower until next year if you live in the Northeast. I plant my plants in pots that are on concrete and they grow beautifully. Remember to fertilize and water frequently because of the heat warms the concrete floor and they need more water than if it was just in the soil.
