if the tag on a bag Juicy Couture juicy beach say it is wrong?

I was about to buy this purse juicy Daydreamer but then when I saw the tag said it juicy beach but you can see they tried to cut the tag so i wouldnt see it. The purse was really nice and everything, but I will not spend money on a counterfeit handbag. I just wanted to make sure the bag does not really voice Juicy Beach.
