Can I return the clothes if all the tags were torn?

I want to return a pair of jeans, but I pulled all tags. It is four days that I bought and I have not worn once. I also paid half by using all the money on my debit card and the rest in cash. If those jeans are recorded, can I get my money all in cash?

If you have your receipt, sure. I made the statements without receipts (but with tags) to the most expensive stores! And 99.9% that you can spend all your money cash.
